SITTING VOLLEY

In 2013 Chieri’76 was the first club to bring sitting volley to Piedmont. The “Diasorin Fenera Chieri’76” Team is made up of a female and a male team, which compete in the Italian championship, and where both able-bodied athletes and people with any form of different abilities can play.

Since 2016, the Club has been hosting and organizing the Diasorin Cup, an event of international importance which aims to give visibility to the topic of different abilities, creating inclusive moments of sport and entertainment, both for athletes and supporters.

Sitting volley is a very important asset for the Club and it has been committed to its promotion for years.
An irreplaceable mean for aggregation, dissemination and awareness-raising towards social issues that are part of a broader social responsibility project that has involved Chieri’76 on the front line for years, alongside the main Piedmontese institutions.
